Tracie worked for insurance companies for 15 years in North Carolina and South Carolina before focusing on solely representing policyholders in the Carolinas for the last 12 years. She now works with individuals and small businesses to help them understand their policies, challenge unfair denials, and understand their rights and maximize the coverage available to them. She has successfully handled matters involving carrier bad-faith conduct and coverage litigation in both negotiated and litigated settings.
